OUR PRINTING METHODS

With the many technological advances in the imprinted sportswear industry in recent years, digital printing on T-shirts has now become the preferred alternative to Silk screening. The digital printing process is much like your desktop inkjet printer, except for the fact that the digital process for printing on T-shirts requires specially made inks for fabric so the end result is a detailed and vibrant piece of art, printed one at a time. And depending on the type of design that is printed, the end result will show a much more detailed print than your average Silk Screened T-shirt. We use some of the best machines made today and with our commitment to quality, the outcome is truly amazing. Not everyone in this business knows how to print digitally, but with our team of expert people and printers, you will really be quite surprised just how unbelievable your t-shirt will look and feel. We always guarantee our work!

When you give us your e-mail, address or phone number during the ordering process they are used for Kitty Kitty Bang Bang purposes only.

Payment Methods

You can order from Kitty Kitty Bang Bang with a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). You can also pay via PayPal. Personal checks and money orders are not accepted unless you are a wholesale account. Kitty Kitty Bang Bang uses a secure shopping cart and are fully PCI compliant (with a site certification from Security Metrics) so you can be sure that your personal information and credit card details are secure.

How do I place my order?

You must first choose your t-shirt style before you can continue to color and size. Once this is chosen, you can then choose the color you would like and then the sizes it comes in. Once complete, just add your quantity and proceed to checkout. Continue through the cart by entering your shipping details, choosing your payment method, verifying your information. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Please consult your local bank or online conversion table if you need currency conversion for countries other than the United States.

Can I cancel my order?

Email us within twenty-four (24) hours and we can pull the order before it is printed. If the order has been printed and shipped, we will let you know. When the package arrives, do not open the package, mark it refused and return package to the delivery person. It will be returned to Kitty Kitty Bang Bang at no cost to you, and you will be credited when the package is received at Kitty Kitty Bang Bang. Please note: there may be a restocking fee. See our “Guarantee and Return Policy” below.

WHY IS THERE NO TAX ON OUR ORDER?

You never pay any tax on any order no matter how big it is. We take full responsibility for all taxes on our end.

Ordering Problems

If you are having credit card problems, there are several things you can check.

  1. First, make sure the billing address you have entered is the same address your credit card bill is sent to.
  2. Second, if you are declined and you’re pretty sure you should not have been, try the following steps; double-check the billing address. Have you moved? You may want to try entering your previous address as the billing address. Or try a different card.
  3. If your problem still has not been resolved, then contact us by using our contact form under the Contact Us section. Don’t forget to include your telephone number in case we need to call you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused your purchasing experience with us. And we promise to give you the attention you deserve to help you get your order processed and taken care of. We thank you for your order and patronage!

I CANNOT ADD T-SHIRTS TO MY SHOPPING CART

First, start over and try putting the shirt in the shopping cart again. Usually, this will solve the problem. Our shopping cart, like most, requires Java and cookies to be enabled. If you are still having problems, it is possible that your security settings are set too high for our shopping cart. So, what you need to do is to set your Internet browser to accept cookies and also turn on Java script. If you still are having problems, go to the contact us page and fill out all the fields. We will then send you an order form via email, for you to fill out and then we will process your order once we confirm with you the complete total with the exact UPS shipping charges. Be sure to complete all fields with the correct information as directed, click submit and we will manually process your order. For Macintosh users: sometimes there can be issues with some versions of Safari and our shopping cart, so you may want to try using a different browser such as Firefox. If you are on a PC, you may want to try another browser, as well. If you’re using Internet Explorer, try Firefox and visa versa. We know it sounds strange, but sometimes all it takes is a browser switch.

WHOLESALE ORDERING

Kitty Kitty Bang Bang does sell wholesale to qualified retail outlets. To buy at wholesale prices you must be a licensed retail business. Please apply here to sell wholesale. For established customers, you will need the user name and password given to you by Kitty Kitty Bang Bang to access our Wholesale catalog page.

  1. Qualifying as a retailer & ordering instructions:

    Once you we send you our wholesale application and you send it back and we approve you as a retail account, we will then contact you by telephone and/ or email, giving you your password for the wholesale page. Then all you have to do is click on our Wholesale Pricing List to view prices, and then click on the Interactive Purchase Order Form and fill out your order. Once the form is completed properly and emailed back to us, your order will be processed the same day. It’s as simple as that. Any account that qualifies either for pre-paid or net terms will have the option of paying by check, PayPal or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

  2. Minimum orders with discounts:

    Here’s how you can save money when ordering designs in volume. You can deduct $1.00 off the wholesale price of any t-shirt design we print, in any style t-shirt, any size and any color. But we first need you to follow these few simple steps before placing your order.

    • Any design you choose must have a minimum quantity of 24 pieces. You must then select if the design will be on a men’s t-shirt or a women’s tee. You cannot mix and match them together because the print sizes are different for both the men and the women. So technically speaking, even though they are same design, they must be considered as two separate designs because they cannot be printed at the same time.
    • Lastly, we need you to choose if the design will be printed on either a white t-shirt or on a colored t-shirt. Any colored t-shirt means anything but white. Because of the digital process, we cannot print the whites at the same time as we print the colors. So these must also be printed separately and treated as two separate designs. Once you have met these criteria, you can then get your order together.

  3. Credit and all terms:

    Your first few orders with us will have to be prepaid. Some accounts will always be prepaid. In order to receive credit [net 15 to 30] you must submit at least three vendor references that you’ve been doing business with for at least 2 years. In addition to the references, you need to be a licensed retailer and we need you to establish that you have been in the same business at the same location for at least two years. Any orders under $800.00 will always be pre-paid. We cannot ship UPS C.O.D. whether you are a pre-paid account or on net terms, you will have the option of using PayPal, company check or a credit card. Once again, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit card orders will be charged the 3% credit card fee. If you are on net terms, no new orders can be shipped until all open invoices are current.

  4. Shipping Domestically and Internationally:

    All orders are shipped F.O.B. and we will charge your invoice once we have shipped your shirts. For those accounts on a pre-paid basis, we have a system of knowing approximately how much the shipment will be and will bill your freight on your pre-paid invoice. This is not an exact science and we will come as close to the UPS charges as possible without overcharging you. We charge everybody what UPS charges us with no extra handling fees. Consult your local bank for currency conversion.

  5. Calculate Shipping Cost:

    All orders are shipped F.O.B. and we will charge your invoice once we have shipped your shirts. For those accounts on a pre-paid basis, we have a system of knowing approximately how much the shipment will be and will bill your freight on your pre-paid invoice. This is not an exact science and we will come as close to the UPS charges as possible without overcharging you. We charge everybody what UPS charges us with no extra handling fees. Consult your local bank for currency conversion.

  6. Product:

    We currently offer a wide variety of popular colors in two name brands, Gildan and Hanes. We offer five different body styles and six sizes small through xxx-large.

  7. Filling your order:

    You can expect approximately 2-3 week delivery time in the USA from the time you place your order.
    International may take up to 3-4 weeks.

SHIPPING DOMESTICALLY

  1. All orders are processed the same day they are received and because we print to order, your order will take approximately five working days before it is shipped. The reason for this is that we do not stock any of our shirts and we digitally print them by hand one at a time to order. We thank you for your patience and you can bet our shirt[s] is truly worth the small wait. All packages are sent via United Parcel Service [UPS] with no other service providers. We have found UPS offers the most efficient service for the price and transit time. Please make sure you can receive packages from UPS at the address specified. Remember, UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. We do not offer express or overnight shipping for the simple reason that most of the turn-around time is spent in processing the order and printing your shirt, not in the shipping. We ship out of St. Cloud, Minnesota so you can expect your package to arrive very quickly as transit time will usually take between 2 to 4 business days to reach most of the continental United States. Hawaii and Alaska will take approximately 5 to 7 days. So, even if you shipped express service, it would not save that much time. International shipments, depending on the country, take from 7 to 14 days to arrive. We are unable to send packages via FedEx or the United States Postal Service, even if you want to use your own account. Remember, these are approximate ship times and do not include the amount of time it takes to print and create your order. We ship thousands of shirts every week and we think we have a very good system in place for you to receive your package in the most timely and economical way. We do not add a handling surcharge; we charge you what we pay UPS for shipping and insurance so we can pass these savings along to you. So again, please be patient and remember… great, groovy and wonderful things are always worth the wait!

  4. Customs:

    We are required to put your full invoice amount on the “Customs Form” and on the packing slip
    Within your package so, if your order is $100.00, we will put $100.00 on the form and in the box.

  5. Gift:

    Marking the order “GIFTS” are not an option and all proper fees, if any, must be paid.
    These are the laws, so please don’t blame us.

Military Addresses:

Kitty Kitty Bang Bang will ship to all military addresses. Please make sure you address your mail properly so it will be routed through the military mail system. Military addresses must show the grade, full name with middle name or initial, and PSC number, unit number, or ship name. Replace the city name with; “APO” or “FPO”, and the state with “AA,” “AE,” or “AP,” and use the military zip code. Regardless of the country you are stationed in, the country you should always select is United States. Entering a foreign country will only delay your package. Please type your grade, first name, and middle initial in the first name field.

OUR GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days from the day you receive your order for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked. Make sure the T shirt[s] have not been worn or washed, otherwise a return or exchange is not possible, unless the ink has washed off for some crazy reason, you recieved the wrong size, or the shirt and or design are defective. PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY TYPE OF BLEACH, INCLUDING NON-CHLORINE BLEACH! The best way to reach us for your refund or exchange is to contact us here. Fill out the form and we will then assign you an authorization number. You may call our 800# at
1800-689-1695, but it is always best to just fill out the form and we will have it processed ASAP. We try to avoid having you call in case we are unable to pick up and leaving messages sometimes the message can be inaudible. So please just fill the form out. Since we do not stock any of our t-shirts, and each shirt is made to order digitally, please be patient if you are getting an exchange. We will get your order into production the same day you email us. You will be getting a shipping label by email, so you do not have to pay to return the shirt and you will also not have to pay for the shipping when we send you your new exchanged t shirt[s]. Refunds of course will be quick and should take no longer than five days. We want to make your Kitty Kitty Bang Bang experience is as pleasant as possible. It’s that simple. REMEMBER: RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL NEW AND UNWASHED CONDITION. There is a restocking fee for returned orders to prevent abuse.

CAN WE PRINT OUR DESIGN ON THE BACK?

Not at this time, but possibly in the future.

Why can’t I customize my t-shirt?

Quite simply because we design our shirts the way they ought to be designed. They are also copyrighted designs and we cannot alter our designs. We are proud of our designs and we hope you love them as much as we do.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY T-SHIRT?

We offer shirts made by Hanes and Gildan only in super soft cotton. All shirts are made of 100% cotton, except in these colors; ash is 99/1 cotton/poly, light steel is 90/10 cotton/poly and sport grey is 90/10 cotton/poly. Our shirts may, but not always, shrink about half a size when washed, so we strongly recommend that you wash your Kitty Kitty Bang Bang shirts in cold water with similar colors and dry them on low heat to minimize shrinkage. It’s also a good idea with any type of t-shirt to wash it inside out allowing the design over time to have minimal fading from so many washes. We’ve had imprinted t-shirts last decades by doing this.

WHAT SIZES AND COLORS DO YOU OFFER?

Kitty Kitty Bang Bang offers sizes ranging from SMALL TO XXXL. Not all shirt styles and colors are available in the XXL and XXXL sizes. The available sizes and colors will show when you select your style. Some designs work well on all colors and some designs just don’t. We want you to be really happy with your new T-shirt [s], so we put a lot of time, thought and effort into the color of the T-shirt (s) that will display the design in the best possible way so you look fabulous.
